Personally, I stay away from anyone that doesn't list their company info on the website. There is another site I'm seeing that just says finditfundit that shows terms and conditions and an address...this way you can check with the BBB on their performance. You'll get this same message in PM, since I hadn't figured out how to post this way....(I'm slowly getting the hang of this great site)

It never panned out the way they talked about. My market was much to strong to handle those types of discounts, and they never would have funded any property in my market. I do feel like there was enough information in their program that I got enough ideas and motivation to pay for my fee that I paid. (I think it was closer to $900 when I bought it.
So, it never worked out for me based on what they promote. It may work in some markets in the Midwest, and when I did some research, most of the deals they funded were in MI, IN and OH. NOT in any of the stronger coastal markets or the Intermountain West.
Do your own work and build a buyers list you know is real. The buyers you get on your list personaly, will allow you to have the reasurance that the deals are being passed without fail!

We have found that friends or family members are tired of stocks, 401k, CDs, etc. You might want to talk to them about investing in real estate for higher interest rate. Believe me they will do it if they trust on your ethics and real estate deals.
