I have a couple of wholesalers, but what should I do with them?

Hey everyone,

I've gotten in contact with a couple of wholesalers in my travels, but I'm kinda' lost about what to do with them right now. I'm wholesaling myself and I need sellers. Should I offer to split an assignment fee with these wholesalers if I bring a buyer? How ddo I go about establishing a 50/50 partnership in writing?

IF...

If at any time you get into purchasing other wholesalers will do amazingly for your own business. In my opinion this is one of the best ways to to get the business of purchasing moving.

You can definitely work out a split transaction with them. Talk to them about this then have them sign a non-circumvent agreement so they do not go around you to work the transaction themselves.

Wholesalers can help you both ways. If you have a seller and no
properties you can ask your other wholesalers for properties and if they have buyers and no properties they can do the same thing. Then you sign the agreement and viola!! you've just moved 4 houses!!

Make it happen Vincent!!
