Just got home from the EDGE and ....WOW what a weekend!!!!!

I am so glad that I finally got to connect with everyone. I look forward to working with everyone who wanted to be a part of my National team. I will be sending you all an email this week.

Just before signing on tonight I had a thought that all of the investors in Philadelphia have devoured all the deals here. But I can't quit. Not with people like Dean, you , Indiana Joe,PhillyStan and all the others that I read here...my DG Family! Gon' girl, tear it up!!!!!

Hello Chris, Carol, and all of you guys!

Can you believe how much we learned at Gain the EDGE? Greg Murphy rocked with his presentation. Matt Larson hit it home with his one liners and MLS searches. Carol was so absolutely real and right on target. If anybody thinks that any of the presenters or Dean are not real, go to the EDGE! This was not an emotional roller coaster ride event. This was the chance to meet the people who are getting it done. I flew the Red Eye home last night. Dean was very accessible through out the event. I got to meet the coaches from the Success Academy. Imagine eating lunch with Nathan Street or Carol Stinson. All you guys rocked! Where else can you meet with folks from around the country and compare notes, trade business cards, eat dinner with the inner circle (thanks Carol!), and just be able to hear how everything works for everybody.

Glad to be back guys and gals, I have work to do. I want to be on the stage next year doing the teaching which means I have to put rubber to the road!

Glad the EDGE was so amazing! It sure seemed awfully quiet around here while you guys were gone! Actually, I think a lot of us were keeping busy pushing forward for that goal of 2011! I know I am! Working on a wholesale deal right now in South Brunswick. Don't know if it's going to work out, but the biggest thing is it's the first REAL deal we have gotten a chance to follow through with to this point! First time meeting a seller in person, first time walking through a home with them... those are all steps on the road, and the gold bricks in my rear-view mirror are starting to pile up!

I got home yesterday from the Edge and today I am still on overdrive..LOL! Don't plan on coming down any time soon.

There was so much information that today I am evaluating all of my dead deals to see if there is anything that I can revive!

I was so emotional during my presentation at the EDGE that I don't remember if I mentioned my website http://realwholesaling.com. I know that many of you are just starting out in REI and are in need of CASH NOW and wholesaling is the way to do it! I encourage you to take the time to visit my website and begin to implement all of the techniques that I have provided. I know that these techniques work because I have used them myself to gain financial freedom.

.....We just returned home from Dean's Live EDGE event. It was such an honor to speak at the EDGE event and I really appreciate all the wonderful comments by so many people that came to speak with us at the event and the days that followed. I look forward to hearing from all of you in the near future. Besides picking up a Chicago pizza for dinner, I had to jump on-line at DG.com and catch-up on all the buzz about the event!

Our burning desire was so hot after this year's EDGE event that the heat followed us from Scottsdale to Chicago. Can you believe it was hotter in Chicago today than Phoenix! ....Strange things are happening! The heat is on as we all return from our trip out West. Let the New Adventure Begin! The heat has hit us in NJ today as well (92 degrees). I think it's because we are all on FIRE from the Edge that it is being felt in the atmosphere...LOL!!!!

He is referring to the hotel room that we stayed in at the Edge. It had 2 beds in it... !
