How do you do virtual bandit signs? I'm having a hard time getting my online marketing going. (I just sold a property from a real bandit sign, so they still work!)

Yes for sure iPhone and social media is now becoming more and more the marketing of choice. The reason I believe is the efficiency and working less by gaining more $$. Using automated systems make room for you to be working on another task thus achieving quicker and more experience gains also.
I think I am addicted now to learning all I can in marketing and social media. )
Bandits still work great and as you mentioned we need to incorporate both !!

Jay, I've been a little hesitant about Facebook, even though I have heard anecdotally that it can boost your business. Thanks for making FB more real, more qualitative for me. I paln to implement and integrate FB into my business very soon.

I was very sceptical of FB too and thought it was just a negative place to gossip but when you harness it for business and learn what magic it can bring to your real estate and branding arena , you will jump high in the air and say YESSSSS!!!

Ive been meaning to create a Facebook page for real estate but never got around to it because I guess I didn't know where to start. Do you create a new account just for your business or did you create these groups in your personal Facebook page? I don't want to fill up my family and my childhood friends Facebook wall with my business post, it might get annoying to people who are not interested in real estate, you get me? So how do I go about it? This will really help me

reynold,you can just go to you tube and enter "how to create a facebook account " and many links will pop up for you to watch and learn how to create a business or personal fb account

You may want to create a business acct if you are concerned about your personal account and real estate mixing
Also here is a link to create some Facebook groups such as (your town insert here)online real estate ---or your county online real estate just fill in the area and then add online real estate and you will have an instant group to post to an instant audience !! Works like MAGIC !!

By the way Jay do you screen shoot your post let ads from your smart phone and post the picture to your facebook group or do you provide pictures and the description as if you would posting say 10 pictures at one time?

Lol- I have BLOCKED time to learn social media because marketing is EVERYTHING !! I hired an assistant to teach me and learn more to make our team and marketing the best it can be. We will be going to seminars and buying courses and learning from the best to become the best we can. !! I plan to share all I can !!

I take pictures with my smart phone and they are all synced with iCloud drop box and all my other Apple devices. I also put them on Facebook and my computer so I have them everywhere and I can access them at any time for whatever platform I need to put them on .
