My house Deals website-Anyone has used?

I am a premium member there and believe it is well worth it. The only drawback is if you live far from a major city. At this time they only have listings for large city areas.
I am fortunate to live within an hour or so of some of them,like, Philadelphia,PA. Washington D.C., Baltimore,MD.
But you do have access to buyers/investors/lenders all across the country,i see you are from Miami,you should have no problem there but check if you will have access to your area first.

How much per month is a premium membership? I get an email every day from MyHouseDeals.com. Have you actually been able to get some buyers?

There are deals on that site. However, my experience with that site and their properties in metro Atlanta GA. is that some of them are listed with MLS. I am also a RE broker and I would cross reference some of the properties and found that they were posted by people who were trying to sell them without have them under contract. I would find a property then find that same property a as active HUD property listing.
A positive note is that they did have some good tutorial webinars. There are deals on that site just like everywhere else you have to sift, sort, screen and search through to get a deal. Hope that helps.

As a Coach for Dean, I like that site a lot, I use it all the time and I have only once found a realtor that was advertising a deal in Cali, but it was a great deal and I picked up a good realtor for that area. Also I have found a lot of people whom I have built power teams with in certain areas around the states. I talk to people all the time that have premium memberships on their and all of them say it's worth the cost. I personally only have a free membership and I get enough out of that. I would encourage everyone to use myhousedeals. I have found great deals and many wholesalers to network with. I wish they would start opening up other markets. Hope that helps.

Thanks Ivette for writing a post about this site. I never heard of this site but it sounds like I can really use this site and add it to one of my resources on finding deals. I would be checking it out tonight.
