We are taught to say that we can find deals that no one else can find. We know about bandit signs, putting in 25 low offers every month on the MLS, driving for dollars, expired listings etc. What has your experience been that you PERSONALLY believe to be the wisest way and most efficient use of YOUR time to find good deals that no one else can find?

I would say FSBO owners directly, bandit signs for sellers and utilizing lists with yellow letters for local, off-market Private Individual-Owned properties. [Less competitive] My top 3. I have websites that I drive traffic to w/classified ads to capture leads, too.
Driving for dollars works well for locating FSBO and FRBO yard signs, as well as, if you're looking for vacant REOs that no one else knows about. Surely, when you find one vacant property chances are they are more in that same neighborhood.
So I'm a FSBO kinda girl, thus far.
I feel like I have more control over the deals, one-on-one.
