Anyone Done Multiple Deals In California?

A lot of people have; depending upon where they are. Keith Boley works a lot in central CA. I work in Southern CA. Its tough down here, but NOT IMPOSSIBLE! Although prices are higher, so is the profit! I've also closed on an 'assignment' (although the way I worked it was creative to be able to 'assign' it) and bird dogged here in CA!

I am also here in california has ted out this is going into my 4th week no luck so far although I do not believe in luck (just a saying )

I have done three deals in CA. I live in california, but I have done a deal in riverside county (moreno valley) which was a buy and hold. I have done an assignment in los angeles county (chesterfield square) and I bird dogged a probate deal because I had no idea at the time on how to deal with it, and that was in los angeles as well.

I am currently working with KW real estate agent shooting offers on MLS in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Glendale areas on properties with motivated sellers(Matt's 25:1 strategy), also I'm putting out bandit signs in those areas.

Had some owners contact me, but weren't motivated enough to make a deal!

I'm gonna have some properties under my belt in no time.

I am in CA and have done multiple deals but not in CA.

In the last couple of months, I have started building here and am making some very good progress. Have a great team including realtor and a strong buyers list. Farming my area hard.
