I'd appreciate any helpful suggestions from those who've created a successful partnership. How did you get started? What types of responsibilities do you share? What real estate activities have you found most profitable? How do you share the profits?
Thanks,
Greg

My advice to you is to get to know your partner(s) before you partner with someone; know what their strengths are, what and how many deals they have done, and if that's the area of rei that you want to go into.
Make sure you have a contract prior to doing any deals; you don't want to find out that things aren't working out between you and your partner in the middle of a deal, without a contract.
And lastly, agree to disagree; there will be times when you won't necessarily see eye to eye with your partner... but then, there will be times when you wouldn't be able to do things without your partner...
