I would like to know too. He mentioned he fills out an online application. Can anyone give more info on what Mike's system is?

I think Dean and at least two of his colleagues have sites/programs for doing that sort of thing. If you go to www.InsidersFinancialMagazine.com there is a link on the right side of the page to another "Insiders" program, probably the "Insiders Edge." I was just looking at it yesterday, but now I forget. I guess I'm having a senior moment. Anyway, there's one page with 4 great, free videos that you can watch and a special offer that I think ends today from Dean. Anyway, in the last video he talks about the program that ya'll are looking for. It may or may not be the Automated Foreclosure Finder.

I'm very new to real-estate but I want to put away my fear and get out there. I read the books already, listed some for sale by owner listings and the 1st one I called is a retired elderly. I asked him if he is willing to do owner financing and he said depends if will be good for both of us. I have an appointment on Tuesday but I'm kind of nervous. I looked up his home, very nice 2 story, well cared home with a pool. The current estimate for the home is $185,500 but his selling price is $199,000. He's been selling it since May for $200,000 and lowered a 1000 less. Can anyone give me an advice on how to approach him. He seems to be a nice person. Please help me.

using a program called PropTrend, which I saw used at the 3 day event I went to. It was really amazing software that the instructor was using to make some great points in the presentation.

joined the Insider Elite program. I plan on asking. I think it will be explained somewhere on the Insiders Elite program.

I don't understand why Dean would let someone go on live and tell over 1200 individuals that he is making over 100 offers everyday without a real estate agent and not tell us how. I wonder what was behind the guest speaker?

on fannie mae or freddie mac properties online, you can go to homepath or homesteps, and there are instructions on how to make offers online...

PropTrend is a program that allows you to view properties that are in pre-foreclosure, and gives you all the information about the property, etc. but you cannot buy properties from the program itself.
