Finding Buyers

FINDING BUYERS:

Option#1
1. Copy we-buy-houses near New York, NY using your city and state of course.
2. Go to www.google.com/maps and paste what you copied in the white search box at the top of the screen and hit the blue magnifying glass to the right. Make sure you get all of the results by using the scroll bar just off the map on the left side.

Option #2
1. Go to www.craigslist.org and pick the area where you want to invest.
2. Click on the HOUSING tab directly under your city name.
3. Type in BUY HOUSES in the search engine for cash buyers and sellers or LEASE OPTION for lease option buyers and sellers.
4. Write down all the info on anyone who says they want to buy houses in your area.

Option #3
1. Go to www.myhousedeals.com and if they have an orange near you on the green map you will definitely want to post any property you get under contract on that website.

Option #4
1. Go to www.**** & www.connectedinvestors.com to network with other investors in your area. Some will be doing what you’re doing, but if they have A LOT of cash buyers, it might be easier to make ½ as much in the beginning just to see it done a few times.
