OfflineHi everyone, i really dont know why but something is begging me to make a thread on this.
I am not a college student but will be attending full time this fall.
Is there anyone here that currently is inrolled into college (part time or full time) and also does Real Estate to its max (whole sale, lease option, etc)?
How do you manage the time? how many hours do you sleep a day???
I know from Deans teachings (weekly video's) that when theres a will, theres a way, but just wanted to see how others have been doing and what works for you,

Hi Irwin its sounds like your pretty maxed out on your time, if you could some how find away to get one deal through you might be able to find more than enough time to do realestate.Ieve been working on deals all day long and having alot of fun trying to put them together, my friend there is a better way and this is one of them.You have a friend who recommended this site why dont you all team up and work together on this, I can assure you there are more deals out than you can handle if you put forth the effort and take action, there all over the place and what a wonderful time to start.Welcome we are glad to have you and willing to help if we can, Jim
