Hi everyone, my name is Ersie. I've been around this site for a little bit, now. Trying to take in as much as I can...read the " Millionaire" and the "Profits" books. I've watched every blog on here that Dean has made that I could find, read alot of info(great info), even message some encouragements of my own to others. I am interested in all of this and do believe it would work...and want it to. Done a few things out of the book and off some videos on this site(Murphy's flyers and calling attorneys, sellers, buyers). So, ANY ADVICE- or HELP, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, ERSIE.

I am direct to the VP of a $100 million dollar open-ended debt and equity fund which actively writes checks to fund businesses with an EBITDA of at least $1 million a year. We fund also have access to up to $500,000,000 for the purchase of distressed real estate, specially commercial $7,500,000 and up.
Hi Ersie,
What do you want help with? There is a lot of information when learning real estate investing. My advise is to break it up in small parts you can handle. Read some material then go out and practice what you are learning/reading. This will help you understand much quicker and easier. Since I really don't know if you have a specific question it is hard to give you much advice. Please get back to us for help.
Thanks,
Shah

What are friends for?
It is best to ask a question for yourself in a new thread (post), as you will otherwise be seen as hijacking the thread. Ersie, you have to be specific and I sent you a pm but you have not answered, so I don't know what to tell you either. Tammy

Gosh, there is so much free info on DG site and everywhere on the web, I suggest you be specific about what it is you are having trouble with. This is a great group of people and are eager to help you. Congrats to those friends that had babies!
P.S. when I feel overwhelmed with info, I keep this in mind:
""How do you eat an elephant?- One bit at a time ! ""
One bite at a time. Like that! Yes, congratulations on all the babies! Will wait to hear from you. Sounds like you are doing well. Congrats on that too!

Erise,
I can tell you that I speak to people all around the country every day who are doing the DG program. Some are where you are just starting out and needing support, some have been practicing for months or even years. The best thing I can tell you is that it works.
For example, I spoke to a very nice couple a few days ago that wanted some last minute advise on their assignment of contract agreement. They had a house under contract, and his buyer had seen the property and wanted to buy it. I asked how much he was going to make on the deal, he said $6,700, but his next deal was almost done and he would make $10,000 on that one. I asked if it was hard work. He said that it was and that he had invested a lot of time, but it was worth it. I asked if he was going to take his wife out to celebrate, and he said it's all planned and they will celebrate.
So, just roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
