The house is $29,990, Porch needs repairs, They are motivated sellers and here is what I am trying to do. I want to bid lower, with the sellers paying closing fees and I want to walk away with $3,000.00 at closing.
How do I do this Please help

The Seller is asking price $29,990? Well...I think that you should find out who is the Owner? If the owner is the bank or a person? find this out... then if the house is 29,990 Ask for 10,000 or 7,000 so you can come to an agreement and turn around and resell it for more!!! you can make alot of money if you know the numbers? you can do this under contract/Agreement to Re-sell it for more after the bank/Lender/Seller comes to a deal that is low so you can Re-sell it.
