Canadian investors going to buy in the USA

Hello,
I have been understudying the real estate market and it looks very promising. I hope there are canadian buyers and investors that can team up and do credible business deals in USA. The challenge faced is that one needs to inspect the property before making a purchase, I would like to be driving there every week. Let me know your thoughts on this.....Smiling

Not sure how everything works to invest from canada to us but willing to network and see if it is profitable.I am ALWAYS finding deals here in us ....I am RIGHT on canadian border so feel free to pm me if u r interested in investing close to the border.....I am a stone throw to cornwall ontario.

Arizona

There are a lot of Canadians purchasing property in Arizona. The exchange rate is favorable and many are using properties for winter homes and renting them in off season.

Thanks, I ve been to cornwall,think its about 2hrs from montreal.
Are the prices below market value at the border?
would be leaving from calgary to indiana in a week's time to inspect a few properties there.

Thanks for the comment; saw a few interesting properties there but thought arizona was a high risk region with all the wild fire incidents....
