OfflineI'm not sure if I'm the only one but Real estate is kind of A catch-22 .
For me It seems like whenever I Have Properties Theres NO! Buyers , or when I have Buyers I can't seem to find Properties & the Same for Notes when I need Notes theres None around , When I need Note buyers theres None around , But then When you get Notes Theres No Buyers around to Buy them .
This Catch-22 Can be Frustrating & down right upsetting at times .
ONE THING IT NEVER MAKES ME GIVE UP .

It's a good idea to network with other wholesalers so that you can provide them with properties when you have some and don't have buyers and when you have buyers and they can provide you with inventory.
