A good way to find investor friendly attorneys is to join a local investor's club and ask for referrals. Check with local title compaines and ask for referrals of local attorneys. You won't need a top tier (expensive) attorney to review the contracts used in the typical real esate transactions Dean describes in his books. The attorney needs to be familiar with contract law and be able to guide you through the specifics your state or county may require in a real estate contract. A direct phone call to the attorney may get a response when the email didn't. Good luck and don't give up.
