I got this email from the FSBO's attorney.
"If you want to make a bid and close on this house, stop by, if you are looking to co-broke not necessary, there are plenty of buyers interested.
Thank You"
What does Co-broke mean?

Basically the word "co-broke" means co-broker. It is a common term used by realtors. When using this term they are trying to assure that they can work with another agency and be compensated. It appears that the seller is offering a commission to sell the property, and the attorney is informing you that they have several buyers to work with on this deal so they are not interested in paying you any commission or splitting any commission that will be paid with you - They have their own buyers. I hope that this helps you.
