All,
I have just finished reading the book which took me about a week to do. It was good reading material and I recommend it to anyone. Besides giving the basics and how-tos of real estate investing it also serves to motivate and encourage the readers to act. So I want to act now! I believe my next step would be to join the Mentoring Program. But does anyone know how much this cost? I don't see it listed anywhere.
Your help and time are greatly appreciated.

i have a qick story about what can come out of you when you least expect it as a result of reading and studying and absorbing from what dean set into motion. someone i know (anonymous ex) was offered a part in a deal, after talking to a lawyer who said it was illegal and couldn't be done he was bumbed. what came out of my mouth was astounding now that i think about it. anyway, thanks to what i've learned from dean without realizing it, i told him to do xyz and that he could make the deal work. i asked about the deal today, he said it was a done deal in thirty days he'll be making 45k. go figure.
God's love unto you,

Cynthia,
That is awesome!
I know exactly what you mean. It doesn't take long after reading Dean's book and absorbing from this site to unexpectedly realize how much you are learning and growing (and how FAST!). It's sometimes hard for a person to see it in here, because there is always someone who knows more that we are still learning from. But your REALLY notice it out in your everyday world when suddenly things make so much sense and you find yourself with answers for people that you think "Wow! I didn't even know I knew that!" lol So, keep it up! And congratulations on helping your friend make $45K (hope he's giving you a commission. )
Hope to hear about a great deal of your own in the near future!
God bless,
Rina

hi elena
i spoke to u over the summer. since then i've read the book. i keep coming to the site to keep learning and in the meantime, i'm trying to save money for the mentoring program. but i wanted to tell u that the description of ur emotional triumph from ur first deal was piercing. i am at the moment one of those strugglers and it hurts. when i read something like that it helps. thank u.
GOD'S LOVE UNTO YOU,
cynthia
Rina,
This is what I am trying to overcome right now.
I am so anxious to get started but also so anxious about taking the first steps! Anyone have a success story of their first deal and how you overcame your fears to push me over the edge into taking those first steps?
hi rina,
well i wish he would that would be super but there was no hint of that. anyway, speaking of those phobias... for me i'm a bit chicken going it alone so i'm waiting to have enough money for the mentoring program which feels like an eternity and it also feels like just another excuse. i was on the call the other night and thought wow i could do that. then i thought no i can't, i'll fudge it up.
so, um, what if i team up with members of the site that i can get guidance from while i grow through this and shoot to put together an assignment deal? any suggestions? what do you think/ recommend? i really wish i could stick to the belief that i could do one even before the mentoring program.
GOD'S LOVE UNTO YOU,
cynthia
Jason, I have worked with charlie fuller and nate street who are both very knowledgable on wholesaling. give them a call.
