Did you know that on average American’s spend 4.7 hours on their phone per day?! And did you know that on average American’s watch upwards of 5 hours of TV per day?! You’re probably thinking, “Well Dean what does this mean for me?”
What it means is that it is getting harder and harder to FOCUS on what is truly important in our lives. With the distractions of phones and TV and news and negative thoughts in our lives we all are guilty of focusin less and less on what matters on our journey of personal growth.
And in this week’s Weekly Wisdom I want to share with you how you can regain your focus, get back some extra time throughout the week and continue to work on becoming the best you possible! I was so excited to film this Weekly Wisdom I filmed it in my car! You’ve got to CHECK THIS OUT!
Also, this week I have an exercise that will help put this message into practice and allow you to just slightly readjust your focus onto what is truly important in your life!
Watch now! And make sure to let me know what you think
And also, as I mentioned in this week’s Weekly Wisdom, to get two of my best-selling books for free, go to http://www.deansfreebook.com.
Love your Weeklys Dean!
Thank you for doing these Weeklys for us!
I love my phone! Haha!
It's amazing how easily it is these days to use our phone for everything... so, yes, we do lose our focus on what's important... thanks for the reminder!

focus on what you want
Dean - it is easy to get caught up in so much other 'stuff' instead of taking action on what we truly want. I am lucky that I am retired and don't have work distractions and choose to stay off the phone most of the time. Let's me write and read. I do NOT watch or listen to the news. I do read too many newsletters and am cutting back. On the other hand, they typically re-affirm I'm doing well. You're staying on my list!
Thanks for the stats
It is always good to have time to watch the weekly wisdoms you post. They always have great encouragement.
Awesome Dean!
I love how the gym can be so inspiring and gets the mind working and thinking especially early in the morning when we tend to wake up with garbage/toxins/negative thoughts in our body. Drifting and hypnotic rythym from outwitting the devil what a powerful book thanks for recommending it. It's opened my eyes to a new understanding and focus!
I've been digging for deals the last month hard without closing but the pipeline has filled up and I'll be focusing on the deal I'll be closing soon, not what has not happened recently. Offers are going in and fsbo props are abundantly everywhere!!
Make it great week!!

weekly wisdom #376
Wow that was a wake up call for me.
Thank you that is nothing but so true.
Focus and focus on what you want and not on what you don't want. I'm thinking right now of what we all do with our time. We all have to think all the time what we need to do with our time and what we are doing with our time. Thank you Dean your the bestest of the best.
Weekly Wisdom #376 - It's Getting Harder and Harde To FOCUS!
Hi Dean,
It sure is....
We are all guilty of this...
Thank You Dean for all you continue to do.......xo

Sharon
Weekly Wisdom #376 Thanks Dean!
Greetings Dean.
Your pointing out how the average american spends almost 5 hours on their phone: surfing, texting, or talking on distracting non-productive subjects hit home. Focusing on what we want vs. what we don't want is a familiar concept for me. Such focus works well, when we form a habit of focusing on the right thins for us. The challenge for me is maintaining an active focus on what I want and keeping it at the forefront of my mind. Your great advice is wholly appreciated!
