Hi Tom,
Just setting things in motion here in Bel Air Maryland.
My focus is wholesaling through July 2011.

Also developing some interest in Philadelphia area.
Planning a visit to inspect properties from Bird dog list next month, so networking to make deals will be a priority for North East, Philly and South Philly.

This is my first post on Philly Area Group, so I'll be checking in soon to see what's new.

I am currently filling up my buyer's list and always looking for more investors who could use someone to help them find great deals. After a couple more weeks of completing my buyer's list I will be searching out investment properties 30-60% off FMV. I will be doing this full time, so I will be finding a lot of great deals! If you would like to be added to my buyers list just send an email to [email protected] with some of your basic criteria (area, price range, equity amount, property types, property specs).

There is a very simple form at the bottom to fill out which adds you right to the list and also gives you access to my full list of available properties.
