Investors needed

Hi everybody,
I recently finished reading the BARM book and from information I have seen on this site,I realize that the only way to start without credit or money is to do some bird dog deals. Can anybody tell me what are the best places on this site to advertise for an investor in my area? I tried placing an AD, but I am not sure what other forum to use. Does anyone have any ideas? I am open to suggestions.

Go into the main part of the site, and search bird-dogging it will pull ever post about the subject it is some great information. I cut and past, information so that I can resource it later.

Thanks. I am still hoping that I can get a few responses. So far nothing, but I have faith that the Lord will make a way when the time is right.

I am looking for investors as well, I will keep your info. and if I find any I will pass on to you as well, I know it is hard to know what all to do at first. I am in the same boat now and have 3mil in properties ready for the picking...

We, also, have a buyer who is looking for $30k to $90k homes that need a little work, but would end up selling for $150k to $225k. If you bring any of these to the table, we will split the finder's fee with you. Let me know.

I would be intrested in splitting a finder's fee and learn in the process..I live in Hendersonville, North Carolina..haven't done any deals but actively looking...

Hi,
I have no property in the $418k price range, however, if you let me know what area the other buyer for the 30k
to $90k is interested in, I will let you know what I have. Will let you know if I come across anything in the upper price range.

Hi,
Mark in Reno NV. I'm currently doing some bird dogging for other investors in and out of state. I will gladly look for some homes in Reno, Carson City and Tahoe if you like. How much in repair cost is acceptable? Do you do the repairs or buy and sell as is? How fast can you close and how many deals can you or how many are you interested in doing.
