Dean keeps amazing me everyday, a guy who cares about his family and continues to show us proven systems that can work! To be honest with everyone, I'm currently using many programs to excel my knowledge in real estate investing, but Dean provides loyalty, experience,and knowledge from his heart. I never met dean, but he's a guy that I feel I can trust. I hope one day I can ultimately succeed in real estate investing and have the opportunity to thank Dean personally.

Dean, your video series thus far is not only impressive, but also inspirational. Full disclosure here: I was an avid reader of Robert Kiyosaki's RichDad series, which is very informative and impressive in and of itself. But Robert is more of the corporate-detached-type, not in the trenches like you continue to be. He is also a very intelligent man who knows what he's talking about, but what seperates you is that you USE your teachings actively in the trenches, AND are genuinely excited about your applied strategies. Your an incrdible motivator on top of being a wealth of useful, relavant knowledge; Robert is not really a cheerleader. That's why "You DA MAN!" Dean, and I am now a trully dedicated student. I'm your grasshopper, your my Sen-Sai.

I'm a week late watching this blog but I always make sure I never miss one. What a fantastic Idea for a video. I really am amazed at your ability to motivate others. How true is that video? You really hit the nail on the head. Had you not taken action the rest of your life would be regret. Thats what keeps me going. My life isn't bad, but its not great either. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU WHO SELFLESSLY GIVE OF YOUR SELVES TO HELP OTHERS!!!!!
