OK, I guess I'm having a little trouble finding the words to express how impressed I am with all of this.

The video is fantastic and A HOUSE? Seriously? That is mind blowing. Now I should point out that you have never had to bribe me to watch your videos before and I would be looking forward to this upcoming training regardless. If you really want to throw in a house on top though, I'm certainly not going to turn it down, haha.

Seriously Dean you mean the world to an awful lot of us here in the DG family. I just wanted to say it now in case we don't say it often enough.

Talk about a reality video. I watched it once by myself and then called mama in to watch it again. Chills both times. How many of us are not jumping in like we need to? How many of us will be able to make that fake video in 10 or 20 years but it will be real because we CHOOSE to not make the changes we needed to. THANKS DEAN!

Wow! Thanks for the visually "invigorating and inspiring" video. As an "On Fire Newbie" to Dean's Real Estate Program, I am viewing these videos to get a "headstart" to learning more about his techniques. I am doing so before I attend his Insider's Edge Real Estate Investor 3 Day Training Seminar in August.

Currently, my monthly income goal is $5,000 to $10,000. I eagerly LOOK forward to viewing the 3 other videos. As I "visualize" myself being a successful real estate investor, I'm starting by focusing on acquiring Dean's Giveaway House.

Thanks Dean for all your non stop support. Saw this on facebook and really enjoyed it, and looking forward to the following ones. The "what if" part is good.

I look forward to receiving the training videos. This is good stuff. I am wondering how I will get the videos. Regular mail or via e-mail. I would think e-mail for quick access.

this is certainly one of your greatest efforts ever. The BluePrint series has to be the best real estate video blog ever produced. The white board concept was fantastic. I only have one tweak for you to consider. There is no way to know how long each video is because there is no time line on the bottom of the video. So when I start to watch it, I don't know if I need to have 1/2 hour to watch it of 2 hours. That would certainly help in segmenting my time in the most efficient manner. But besides that, this new series has be stoked.

Honestly Dean, your film had me laughing out loud for real and then in near tears for its brutal honesty and empathy. I do think you may have an emerging talent for acting - something to consider:).
Now, you really have to stop driving and filming at the same time. I just returned from a round of teaching my youngest to drive round and round the parking lot - just wait - your day will come and you will not want your kids to see you driving and filming at the same time. LOL
I am so stoked about this blueprint. Keep it coming...

Perfect timing. I have spent the last couple weeks trying to get my wife seriously involved. She has been doing ok but for some reason tonight she sat and watched before me, by her self. She was totally jacked afterward!! Must have just been perfect timing. Thanks again Dean.

Dean, I am ready. I cannot find the second video, but the first one is wonderful. I need that property, I must win! I am so looking forward to the next 3 installments. I replied with $10,000 for now, but $20,000 is at least where I must be. That is not to say I would surely appreciate being at $60,000 per month or MORE! I am ready and I have been taking action. The others here on DG have been so encouraging, I cannot thank everyone here enough!
