Investment Club meetings to see what they may have to offer and need to try talk to some RE agents to get a few on board willing to make the kind of offers we are willing to make.

I'm in the process of reading Dean's book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire", I can't wait to get started. This is way out of my comfort zone but I just need to bit the bullet.
What are R.E. Investment Club meetings and where do you find them? Good luck to you.

Go to google and type in rei clubs in tx and you will find a few and there are some in dallas as well. I found this out one night late while doing some research trying to find buyers as there are some good deals in this area right now where the owners are having it hard selling their properties

Hi, after moving to tx I looked in the dallas area for a new place to live but nothing I really liked so I moved further east but I know of a really good agent in the dallas area that works for C21. I am really happy with all the work she did for my family and myself and still keep in touch with her and when I find an interesting place in the metroplex she is the first one I contact so if interested just let me know via email or on my homepage and I will give you her number.

Meeting Place Ideas? How About
I'm thinking maybe a food court at a local mall so it's public, and we don't have to be worried about being "rushed out" by waitstaff. I'd like to talk, ask questions etc. I am at 75/Royal so North Park works for me, but I am also COMPLETELY open to other venues and/or locations.
As for timing does Fri night / Sat morning work?

Grapevine Mills or Irving Mall would be great for me. I cannot do during the day on Saturdays as I do animal rescue work on Saturdays, but early evening, 6 pm or later would work or most any other evening or Sunday afternoon

I'm new also, and Fired-Up!
Hello out there, I'm about finished reading the book but I've been a busy fellow. I've been working on a buyers list, found a great agent to work with,lined up 2 mortgage brokers to send clients to,and have a hard money lender waiting for my business.I have 2 websites up and running and will have the second one on google and yahoo by tomorrow. Now all I need are some killer deals.
I think we should organize a "Metroplex Investors Group". I'm in Crowley.(South edge of Ft.Worth) Perhaps some place central to us all.
Maybe the food court at Grapevine Mills Mall.(Six Flags Mall, Irving Mall)
I'm certainly willing to help if you are trying to accomplish any of those items, and I'm open to suggestions as well.
