I have buyers lined up
I got a property under contract. The lady was fed up with is ex husband and she won the property and land from a divorce settlement. She is selling this 70-90, 000 property to me for 10, 000. I'm sorry about yhe divorce but I can take the property off your hands. She wants to start over with her life up north. Now I have no money to give this lady but I gave her $50 for signing the contract. Now I don't like offending anyone, so I asked her me secret weapon question, to see if they would have a proplem if I sell the property before buying. I asked, "What do you think iam going to do with the property? "
Answers could vary, but I am looking for "I dont care what you do" or "whatever", somewhere around that line. I tell them I am an investor, and not living in the property. I make sure they understand. I blast out my yellow signs with black hand written notes on thursday late night. And I got three calls on friday, two text messages, two email about the property. I asked the lady about a day where I can bring my partners and see the house. We agreed on Saturday, but somthing came up with her family. So I hope I don't looae this buyers. I will update.
