Never done real estate before

I have no money to invest in real estate. I'm reading DG books. But still not getting off the ground. I have never done real estate before just having a hard time and would like to get DG new programs that wou7ld help me out alot but do not have the money. Need some help with how to find invested that will pay a finders fee for the properties they are looking for if I do this than I can have money to get off the ground. How do I go about doing this. if anyone have any good tip can you pass it on to me.

Look through this section in the paper and see who is "survived". If its children or cousins it could be a deal look them up at the tax assessors office send a simple letter. I purchase homes quickly and with cash.
