I was one of those people who needed to "know everything".
While due diligence is important, ACTION is the KEY to getting anything done be it in business or in personal life.

How clever of you naming your business TAT. I'm still working on my name, or should say 'we', as I'm working with my grandson in the venture.
I think finding Cash Buyers will be a challenge. How has this been going for you?
These blogs have a wealth of information in them, and I certainly will be spending much of my 'nite' time reading them. There goes my bedtime recreational reading for quite sometime.

Finding Cash Buyers
The buyer's list is always the challenge. I have at least 10 good buyers in each of the areas I am investing in however, searching for cash buyers should be something we set aside some time for each and everyday at least in my opinion.
It only makes sense, even the most active buyers can only do so many deals at a time so it is always best to have the biggest list possible. The techniques they teach here really do work.
I know what you mean about night time reading....
after a day spent working at both REI and my jobs and taking care of the kids, the late night is the only time I have left to do some research here.

As for naming your business, don't stress too much over it. I don't know what type of entity it is but I am guessing an LLC. If so, in the not too distant future I am sure you will be starting up other companies and corporations and you can wonder and spend more time on naming those companies. I was advised to come up with generic names for any future companies I set up, for example naming them for types of birds or trees etc. Maybe this will help you.
