My realtor trying and can't seem to find out how to....
This is my second week in the RBBP and my realtor can't seem to find out how to use the mls to find cash buyers. He claims he is pretty good at using the Mls but can't figure out how to do it withot going thru it manually. Is there anyone or realtor out there that can help me out and explain to me how it can be done? Or should I just give up with this realtor and move on to someone who does? Help please...I am so ready to check out homes and start my investing and bidding? But can go below market prices with out this information or start looking for any cash buyers.

That realtor can call the MLS and ask them how to get a list of the cash solds and they will tell him how to go about doing it. If he can't get it to you I suggest moving on to another RE Agent.

One of my realtors did try calling the MLS help-line and they told him that they have no way of excessing that kind of information and she did ask everyone else in the office. I also asked the help of two other realtors and they seem to be having the same problem of finding this MLS cash buyers listing. I am so confused as to why none of the Arizona realtors know how to get this information. I did hear from one of my realtors that the MLS listings format vary from state to state. I am wondering if this is the problem. I also replied to one of Dean's emails hoping that he can maybe shed some light on my dilema since he lives in the same state that I do. I really hope someone out there can help me out. I am stuck in my path to real estate investing. Is there anyone else who might be a realtor or lives in Arizona that could be of some assistance? I will receive my RBBP program tomorrow once UPS leaves it for me. I wasn't home today to sign for it so they didn't leave it. Can't wait to start going through the whole program.

I read and tried all three of those threads. In fact I even gave my realtors "awaterlo" steps to locating them on the mls and that was to no avail. They just't can't seem to find them on Arizona's MLS. I only got The edge and the 30 to fast cash book of the RBBP tonight. So I am a bit disappointed they didn't send me the whole RBBP program that I paid for and since I finished work after seven tonight I have to wait to tomorrow to call them. But as I was reading the book of 30 days to fast cash there is another site that I going to try and hopfully it will help me find it. Matt Larson did mention in the book that there are a few states that doesn't offer it in there MLS so I am thinking Arizona might be one of them... Anyway thanks for the help ..Back to reading and trying out that site..Wish me luck...
