Hi there! I am new in the US, arrived here from South Africa in 2009 and desperately want to try to make things work in real estate in this beautiful country. I want to make this story a success story, so watch this space, it's gonna get interesting!

You may be anxious but being scared will not close any deals for you. You must close the deal and if you were scared while doing it well then fine but as Dean say's "Don't let fear paralyze you." Just believe in you!

I must be doing something wrong - evey seller I am working with/trying to work with, will not accept an offer from me unless it is backed by a pre approved mortgage. How am I ever going to get my first deal, or any others for that matter? I have no money, no credit nothing...

Please help!

2012 is the year in which I am finally going to make this thing happen. I have read Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate" 3 times now, I have done all the work necessary to automate my system so as to attract the willing sellers and to find buyers for those killer deals AND I also have raised some cash to buy a few of my own outright. I am so excited!
