I was watching what my father was doing and I said I need to come up there and do what your doing. He said no you do not, you have a lot more opportunity right where you are. This has been my most valuable information. I purchased my first home when I was 20 years old and in college. I have enjoyed mentoring some friends and family members. I reached my personal goal of being debt-free this past year.

While visiting with my air condition person, he told me that he was looking for a home for his son. I arranged for him to buy tax deed from another investor I know and he was able to buy a tax deed home for his son for about 20 cents on the dollar.
