I'm a new investor trying for my first deal. The Success Academy is great. All of Dean's tools are fantastic. The climate of the banks attitude seem to have shifted to power of control and holding. I'm hearing from many agents about the banks. Today I was encourage about a deal on a home, called my agent. She explained as others did but in more details. I was told the banks will not take assignments any more, no changing of names. A bit of a damper on the spirit for an ivestor looking for the 1st deal. They required a statement of financial proof from the actual buyer. She explained the regular sales of homes were probably easier. For they do also compete with foreclosure homes as as well in this type of market. Is there a way around this? What does it mean?
