OfflineHello every one...i'm Gene Bussard. I have one son who lives in San Jose, California who started out in surveying properties and has worked his way up to being a Project Engineer for construction companies.
I grew up and lived the majority of my life in Marion,Indiana.In the early 1990's, i had bought and studied some books and cd's about becoming a Real Estate Investor. I had excellent credit back then and bought 4 forclosures and became a Landlord. I learned some do's and dont's being a landlord and trying to do everything myself.
I worked as a factory worker right out of high school and still working in a factory today. I want that to STOP as soon as possible.My hobbies are golfing and bowling. I bowled professionaly for 5 years and now just bowl in a couple leagues and some tournaments.
My goal is to be financially secure through real estate and enjoy the rest of my life with my Family and friends who all live in different states. I currently live in Southwest Florida ( Near Sarasota ) and love it here.
