I dont have any out there right now but I might have one soon. I will let you know if I get one.
however a good company that I usually use that is nationwide is "Chicago title" they would be good to start with.

Best way to get a good title company is to ask your realtors because they work with so many. Also ask your buyers who they like to use. Lastly just call around to a few and see who does Double Closings and Assignment of Contract closings, then go with those ones. I know First American Title is nationwide and could be a good source for you.

The absolute BEST place to find Title Companies & RE Attorneys is at your local RE Investors' Club meet ups!
They are savvy to and well-versed at investor proceedings...
Also, RE Attorney members often do title work themselves and often know many other investors. (There are additional benefits to working directly with them). ;D

Asking others in your network who they use as a title company in any area is a great way to maintain your network connections and learn what title company and agents are investor friendly. Anyone in your network is fair game to ask: Attorneys, CPA's, RE Agents, Lenders, etc...
