Closed 3 Deals from the Beach!

Laura, your awesome! THANKS for much for sharing this and CONGRATS!! 3 deals while sipping a drink with an umbrella in it, sweet! Working our 3rd rehab but trying to get into the wholesaling right now. Jumping in with both feet, bought a list of 3000 absentee owners and have already sent 650 letters, not getting to good of a response yet, put out 25 signs last week, a few more already this week, another 25 to go tomorrow night or Sat, ordered 200 more. Hired an answering service to field the calls, we are going for it and believe this will happen. Hopefully we'll be posting about a 3 deal week soon!

I've always been impressed that you do this in NJ, but now from a beach on top of it is so amazing! You've earned it. Enjoy you hard earned vacation. I hope I can do the same some day.

Appreciate your comments! You are really putting the effort out and I congratulate you on that! This business without a doubt takes alot of hard work no matter what strategy you use! But when you find something that works stick with it. I never had much luck with letters either, but home made bandit signs bring in calls for sure! Sooooo relaxing, and while I have internet - I DONT have phone service - which is a bit of withdrawal for day one, but then such a blessing to have a break haha....

congrats on your deals and accomplishments. what i heard was you did all the work neccessary to get the deals done. that's important for people to know that you "did the work" so you should have the benefit. you go gurl!!

I remember well when I was the newbie back in April of 08....but I just love and appreciate and am always humbled when anything I do or post inspires others!
