OfflineToday is the first day of the rest of my life. I am jumping out and starting this journal. Thank you judges from the essay contest for the good words of encouragement and the suggestion to do this. Goals are written and monitored daily. I have been building my foundation. Studying materials, books and recordings. Did the 7 levels. Have been in contact with RE agents and one just sent me 90 day cash sales so that I can use it to help build my buyers list. Wow she had to break it into 3 reports.....903 cash sales in my area last 90 days. Busy times are a coming. I also have an agent that is sending me listings. So need to get out and make more offers. Admittedly I am afraid to find the right deal without a good buyers list in place. Over cautious maybe but still determined. Clock is ticking. Attending an event on Monday to take my business online website/marketing and promoting. Excited about the impact it could have.

Meeting with two other newbie investors today that I met at the weekend in February. We will share experiences, insights and encourage each other. Had a great meal and discussion with other newbies yesterday. One of them had found a property that had a zip code issue. There were actually two used for the property, which put it at opposite ends of town. We spent some time doing some research and narrowed it down to the correct address and zip and utilized some search engines some of us had not used before. Was a good learning and sharing experience. Off tomorrow to do a Google get your business online afternoon. Looking forward to the website development, online marketing and promoting information they have to offer.

So excited to have signed up for inner circle and PMI. Love the courses, calls with the coaches, feel like I understand more and have more focus. Have completed my website. So going through the county site and the 903 cash sales is a very tedious job. My coach has suggested also building list one of the other ways so this last week and today and tomorrow I am working on that! The first call is always the hardest.....but I know that having a buyer's list is the bottom line for this business so am working it.

Thanks masseur07. I am getting more confident everyday with the things I learn and the processes. Hit a glitch with the website, (spelling counts when you set up your domain, by the way) but it should be functioning soon. Looking forward to having it working and being found in searches. This is all so exciting. Still going through the 903 cash sales/county website weeding out retail buyers but am encouraged with results. Looking for cash buyers in the North Dakota area as well. If anyone would like to refer anyone I am happy to have the referrals.
