Hey everyone. Its been a while since I posted on here, and I just want to say I love all the info that gets posted on here. Thanks Dean for the weekly blogs, I love Mondays cause I'm always looking forward to seeing what you have to say. I'm hoping someone can help me with finding a bank or credit card company who does cash advances in the 20K to 50K range. I'm finding that I can get big limits on my credit cards some even no limits but I cant get cash advances. We did have some cards were we could get up to 50K in advance on the card but they have really restricted us with the financial meltdown. The reason I'm looking for the cash advance is we are implementing Matt's 25:1 strategy. We are using the cash advance money to buy REO's and HUDS out of the gate, basically using that as our hard money. We then only borrow the money for 30 to 60 days while we fix the property up and then refi it. Once its refinanced the money is paid back to the credit card, and we have done a deal with no money down (infinity return). I have a very strong credit score, so getting approved is no problem. If anyone knows where I can find this I would greatly appreciate the tip. Keep up the great work everyone, and once again thanks to Dean for being our greatest fan.

If you own a business (LLC or Corp) you can apply for an SBA Express Loan. Learn more about it at sba.gov or I can help you get some answers if you DM me.
If you don't own a business, you should get that done immediately!
