I saw a webinar on it..I like the cash buyers feature and some of the other features..It sounds like alot you can use.. but the montly fees seemed kinda high..
having tools like **** and Open Road help in the finding of deals but it really can't take the place of old fashioned work to find the really great deals. IMHO.

Maybe if I sold a few wholsale deals... I might consider it.
The fees are steep! $97 is the cheapest package every month, and it doesn't include everything the next higher package has. A lot of people don't have even that much to spend every month, but if it works, then, I say it's worth it. Come down to around $25 or $30 a month, and I might consider it.
I agree.. the month to month fees are expensive.. epecially to the new wholesaler. I am enjoying this site and see the support we all have..I appreciate everyones willingness, to reach out and help eachother "selflessly" . I am new to wholesaling and this site is truley a God send. It motivates me, inspires me and helps keep me focused.. Now...I just need to get my first deal!!!
