OfflineHello, forgive me if there is already forum on this topic. I checked and didn't see any but may have missed it. So far I've been having fairly good success using the RE agents on my team and finding very good deals. I want to expand however and start also using bandit signs along with a recorded message to filter out the best deals. The sample phone message scripts that are provided here on the site all have to do with foreclosures. But due to recently passed laws in Maryland it is now illegal to market for pre-foreclosures unless one is a "certified foreclosure consultant". Due to this my plan is to initially target folks who are having a difficult time selling their house for whatever reason. Does anyone have a good phone script for that target audience?

Well that is a hard question to answer, but is there anyway you could take the scripts for the foreclosures and just modify them a bit. Do you have his book, "Profit From RE Right Now." I took one of those scripts and actually changed it a bit, and it will be on my 888# recording tomorrow.
At least you could get an idea of how to word it.
Hopefully you can get others with ideas on this, there are a lot of helpful people on here.
