Ok here is the scenerio- I have the work crew, I can pay them AFTER I sell the house, a great real estate agent(she invests herself-although not to familiar with all strategies), I lender here in pa willing to pay all acquisition/holding/rehabing cost wants 50% of equity if I dont invest any of my own money
What do I need? PROPERTIES!!!!!! I am willing to pay a finders fee if I can get hold of a good deal.

New to this
I can see that no one has posted in here for quite some time, I am from the Pittsburgh area and I am looking to invest here, and in the eastern Columbus area. I was hoping to find a few of you that are established in this region and hopefully get some positive feedback. Pittsburgh is a wonderful city, lots of possibilities and potential. It was recently named in Forbes magazine as "most livable city" so I think there is alot of potential for great deals, I have found plenty..but now what? I'm still reading my second DG book, and I want to start while I am excited!
