Thank you for another informative weekly video blog. A number of DG Members were wondering what question you asked President Clinton so thanks for sharing the question and his reply.

I believe in many groups the top members should be the ambassadors welcoming people, assisting to provide information or answer questions. By doing this we can become stronger and have a more expanded knowledge. No matter how busy people are they can make time for what they really want to make time for.

Good luck with all your current and future deals. Members....share your knowledge and watch the world grow! Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

Thank you for asking us to give you questions for Bill Yes i believe we are strong enough to keep networking with each other for success and your website and teachings are a highway for us.

THANK YOU DEAN

Nate

The important thing here

What I appreciate in this video blog more than anything else Dean, is your understanding regarding those who for some reason or another was unable to purchase the EDGE. Thanks Dean for supporting us totally and giving so much of your time to ensure that we achieve success. We need to understand that "as a team miracles happen." To my DG family, all is not lost, there is light at the end of the tunnel for those who stay focus on the course ahead. God Bless.

Sandra

The beginning of a brighter future

I recently joined the success academy about a week
ago. I'm currently going over the different techniques and strategies they have available for me throughout the training courses. I'm new to the d.g website but I saw his informercial on tv earlier this year and bought the How to be a real estate millionaire book. It took a while for me to finally decide on whether or not I should join the success academy or not do to so many different money scams I'm America today. I'm here searching for encouragement throughout my journey with this career. I've been interested for a while now and I feel like this career is for me. Any words of encouragement??

Thank you Dean and the DG community

I just wanted to say thank you dean for The Edge program. The DVD format is truly great for someone like me with A.D.D. I learn from seeing and doing not so much from reading. (Although I have read your book 2 times now) I had not read a book since is was in Jr. High until your amazing books and dvd's came into my life. Thank you for every thing you do and the personal feeling you put into everything. The EDGE program was worth every single cent.I am truly blessed to have found this community. The time for action is now! So im jumping in head first armed with such a great support system and daring to break from the norm and change my life and my family's life FOREVER!
Thank you all again

I agree....top members shoud be ambassadors....

I love this website and have learned a lot from it. However, when time is of the essence and I need an answer to a question that can't be answered from a book...it would be nice to be able to go to an "Ambassador" that knows my specific topic well so that I may get the answers I need. (I = we) When I go to a group that I just know I'll get some insight to a question by the group name or title...that's just not always the case. There are so many comments not relevant to the group/topic. It's very time consuming and ineffective. I think we can improve in this area and I think your idea of Ambassadors is a start in the right direction. Thanks for listening.

It's scary at first...but what's there to lose? It's like the old saying, "You'll never know until you try and what's the worst that can happen? Someone saying, "No." Well, if you don't try....it's an automatic, "NO." So study Dean's materials, keep your eye open and make deals.

Example: My first deal(that hasn't closed yet) I went to a garage sale to buy things to list on Ebay. While chatting with the owner of the house, she ended up telling me her problem(s). She needed to get to Venezuala(sp) because her mother needs help in her old age. I just listened and listened sincerely (cause that's the kind of person I am) She informed me that she was 7 months behind in mortgage pymts. and heading toward foreclosure. I said, "Maybe I can help." I went home excited with the possibility of doing my first deal. I looked up all info. through county records. (I already knew how much equity was in the house because the owner told me how much she still owed the bank) And I know my area and comparisons very well. Long story short, I went over to talk business and get papers signed. However, while waiting on her husband to get home from work, she informed me of how depressed he was because they had been jerked around by a realtor and an investor previously. So I was there just "talking" (gaining trust) and stayed until midnight...just listening to thier problems and letting them speak. Because of my willingness to "listen" I will be signing my first assign in two days when we meet again.
Point is...you never know...your next deal could be right around the corner where you least expect it. I'm so excited and have researched this...I haven't even had time to list the ebay items I purchased that day. LOL
So "What's the worst that can happen?" Maybe a new deal that will put a roof over your head or money in your pocket. It's up to you!

Best of luck...Donna Palmer
