Great Principle
Great principle Scott. I know of a verse in proverbs which says "Two are better than one-they have a better return for their labor; and a three-fold strand is not easily broken". Yeah-great concept. Its been one of the reasons I've been trying to find a local partner here in austin/tx area of similiar mind/motivation etc.
One step further
The MM group might be this entire REI group. It minght be an inner group which is part of this group. The plan is a long term(25+ years) group of full time REIs that meet weekly or more often to help further each other's success. Joe(West) and I have taken action and dedicated ourselves to such a purpose. That makes 2. We alone are already a MM group. It only takes 2. I know there is a third that is also taking action and will add himself to our group soon.
This type of group, this MM group, is only for those that have sincerly searched deep down and made the decision to be a successful REI no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes. There is a japanese saying that states "get knocked down 6 times, get up 7". It means no matter how many times we get knocked down, set back, whatever we will get up again. Nothing can or will stop us. When you make a decision like that with all your heart you change. There is no way for me to describe it. You have to experience it. You become powerful, wiser, more confident....superhuman in a way. Now imagine 2 or more of these people I describe being like minded and working together towards a common goal. This is the group we are creating. If you NEED to be a part of the group then join us.
Reread the second paragraph in the top post(first post) where it describs what a MM group is and think on it deeply to get a taste of the power I am referring to. If you already know then your ready.
