I have been on the site everyday but It looks like I need to leave a note each day, I come home from work everyday and log in before I go to sleep for a couple hours.
today I am finishing the call from Joe, his first of 5 week calls. Going to log in and start another call and learn some more.

Sunday morning I wonder what this week holds for me. I am working on my buyers list more progress to be made

I have been keeping up with weekly wisdoms and the student wisdom postings, finished another book this also.

I have been reading and researching

I am awake for the third time today
sleeping 2 hours and getting up again watching as many videos as I can to get better and more educated to do better and be more successful. Time to back to sleep so I can get back up to watch the chat at 6;PM

I have looked at my first property, went back through all my notes of education, have my numbers for repairs, taxes, insurance, ect. I am moving to next step to make offer. But, today I am getting ready for Matt's web cast.
