Chris has been investing in real estate since 2007. In that time he has purchased and sold approximately 1,600 properties using a combination of methods and strategies. While his primary focus has been on REO, or bank owned, properties, his vast experiences have allowed him to be exposed to almost every aspect of real estate investing. In addition to his real estate experience, he has a strong background in Marketing and Advertising, which lends to his ability to move properties. He has owned several successful companies from real estate investing to business consulting, as well as other business ventures.

Chris has a bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University where he studied Marketing. He loves being outside especially water skiing, backpacking, and hiking. He also believes in serving his community and has volunteered as a suicide counselor, delivered Meals on Wheels, and currently serves on his city’s Planning Commission.
