I need some Help

I have a gentleman who works offshore and I found him a house the house lists at $59,900.00 I can't find any estimates and it has been on market for 329 days. The realator said to have a bank and make an offer and see if the owners wil accept. Now I realy don't know what a good offer is but I believe at least 10,000 less than the listing. And what should I do about my commission on the deal Can anyone help me please. This is my first deal any ideas are welcomed. Thanks Steve

Hi, Tim here. Find out what county the home is in and then search the assessors records. They have a lot of info in there data base. For instance: Type in the county name followed by "assessors" click search. Go to property records, click. Then click on continue. There will be a screen come up that has plate # and so on. type in the street name and then search. another screen will come up that has the addresses on it. keep scrolling thru them til you find the one you are looking for. click on the ID #, and you are there. All the info you need is rite there. Tim R.
