Hello, I am new to the investment side of real estate, I also received my real estate lisence back in March and Im a REALTOR. What im wondering is do you think it would be easier to do investments without having the real estate license so as to avoid any conflicts of interest with my broker, etc. I havent really done many real estate deals and I still have a full time job. So I'm just wanting some opinions on what is my best route to take. Any info. would be appreciated.
