Ya, this area is not going to be easy for real estate but it can happen. I've chosen to go a few hundred miles away. Its more affordable and the deals will cash flow. I did pretty good selling and buying my last couple of houses. I hope to buy two houses before the end of the year. Good luck investing. Rick

Hi there Rick,
Hows it going? My names Andre Pauli and I just wanted to introduce myself to a fellow DG member from SoCal. I live in Huntington Beach, CA and I'm a novice real estate investor. I've had Dean's material for quite awhile now (both BARM and Profit from R.E. Right Now), and although I've read and learned his material quite well, unfortunately I haven't really gotten over the barrier that's been keeping me from making it all happen for me. But I'm still working on it and trying to do everything I can to get my first deal going. Anyways, I noticed your comment on Dean's blog about his system, as well as his trip with his family to Newport. I too got excited about that and thought what an honor it would be to meet the man in the flesh! Well again, its a pleasure to meet another DG family member from SoCal and maybe one of these days we can have a meeting and go over some great R.E.I. business.
