A c corp is good if its used right, But you must remember in C Corp you are double tax and in a LLC you are not.

Ok, got the expired listings, wrote out the letters. Real Estate Broker just sent another batch of expired listings. Getting ready to mail out the first set of letters. This is beginning to feel really good!
Thinking about having a seminar to find more buyers what do you all think? Maybe go into churches or set it up in banquet rooms at Hotels. Think it will work?
