OfflineWell I was born in Kingston, Jamaica and moved to Queens N.Y. when I was 8. I grew up in Queens and left when I joined to Marine Corps. I have been in for just under 16 yrs now and plan on retiring at 20 yrs. I've done a bit of traveling, something I love doing, via the Marine Corps. The reason I got into real estate investing because my dad would always tell me make sure you buy houses but he never explained it. But nonetheless it sparked something in me. I haven't done any deals yet but I do own two homes. One I purchased retail and the other at an auction. The retail purchase is currently rented and while I'm not seeing any monthly cashflow on it, the rent is at least paying my mortgage. The auction house I renovated and currently live in and will rent it out when I move out of California where I currently live. Arizona, here I come, closer to Dean
