After comining to EDGE 2011 in Phoenix I fell in love with Arizona and I want to move there. I work as a scientist in genetics. My real estate experience includes two Philly properties I rehabbed and sold in 2008. Ready to repeat the process but I want to try another city like phoenix. I have time, tools and some $ to invest. All that's left for me is to take action.

Hi Karen

You're not kidding about reading as much as possible.
Just joined the success academy 1 month ago and I am bombarded by reading material. I am seeking buyers and setting up the business aspects in the beginning. Just registered for my EIN. I am heading to the bank to establish a Business account. I want to build corporate credit as soon as possible so I have it when the right deals come through.
