my first deal
OMG I bought my first house today at an auction. Fannie Mae repo paid $20,000 1 site values @ $33,000 another @ $55,000. I don't have it locked up yet, not sure what I am going to do with it.I thought I would assign it not sure how much to ask for, it needs some repair from photos I saw. Should find out this week if it is a go.
